My experience as a leader and entrepreneur in professional services includes beta testing, software development, digital marketing, and founder of several companies as well as startup CTO for a telemedicine company.

- Effectively manage, motivate, coach, and support the team in order to achieve set goals. This includes effectively communicating strategy, holding consistent team meetings and 1-on-1s, as well as supporting personnel/HR issues.
- Strategic Alignment – Maintain consistent alignment with the vision for and direction of the company. This includes a deep understanding of corporate strategy and actively communicating that strategy with the team and across other departments.
- Led the design and development of thousands of professional websites, web/mobile applications, search marketing strategies, content marketing, and social media.
- Facilitate recruitment and development of team and KPIs to manage and grow our data driven environment.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of millions of records of PHI and integrations to healthcare systems such as St. Joseph Health, Stanford Healthcare, Sutter Health, Hoag Health Network, Palomar Health and Kaiser Permanente
